Remove all markers and flag from flag stick Slide fixture to the bottom of the flag stick From the bottom install one at a time Insert Solid Hub into the center of the fixture Insert second solid hub, (may use large Channel Locks) To remove hubs secure the basket on a vice and hit one side hub with hammer to remove.

Replace markers and Flag, play ball
