Rule changes for golf

New Rule Changes are designed to speed up play on the Putting Green. With the Unattended Flag Stick rule play may actually be slowed because of the Flag Stick being in the hole.

Making the Rule Effective

The get out lifting fixture rest at the bottom of the flag stick and after putting into the hole all one has to do is lift the flag stick to retrieve the balls in the cup.
